1. What this page covers
These are the instructions for requesting deletion of your personal data from PPV Live Stream, operated by Daily Media Sdn. Bhd. (1579005-X). They cover data collected through the ppvlive.stream website, our ticketing checkout, and our WhatsApp channels on the WhatsApp Business Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. How to request deletion
- Email shahrir@dailymedia.com.my with the subject "Data deletion request", sent from the email address you used at checkout — or message us on WhatsApp at +6013 246 6253 from the number you used with us;
- Include your order reference if you have one — it helps us find every record;
- We will verify the request is really from you, then delete your data and confirm to you — normally within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
Your name, email address, and mobile number; your WhatsApp conversation history with us; OTP and device records tied to your tickets; and, if you joined the affiliate or media partner programme, your profile and payout details.
4. What we must keep
Transaction records are retained for the periods required by Malaysian tax and accounting law, then destroyed. Aggregate statistics that no longer identify you may also be kept. Deleting your data ends our ability to deliver anything tied to it — including access to tickets you have purchased.
5. Just want fewer messages?
You don't need full deletion to stop marketing broadcasts — reply STOP (or the stated keyword) to any WhatsApp broadcast and we stop sending them.
