1. Who we are and what these terms cover
PPV Live Stream is operated by Daily Media Sdn. Bhd. (1579005-X), Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the ppvlive.stream website, the purchase of pay-per-view digital tickets, access to livestreams, and participation in our affiliate and media partner programmes. By buying a ticket, using a stream link, or joining a programme, you accept these terms.
2. The service
We sell digital tickets that grant personal access to livestreams of sporting events, on behalf of the clubs and rights holders we work with. Checkout runs on our ticketing platform with payment processed by licensed Malaysian payment providers; tickets and stream links are delivered by WhatsApp, SMS, or email to the contact details you give at checkout — so make sure they are correct.
3. Your ticket
- A ticket is personal and non-transferable — it is tied to you by one-time-passcode (OTP) verification;
- Access is limited to the number of devices stated for the event (typically one device at a time). A new sign-in may disconnect an older device;
- The ticket grants viewing access for the stated event and access window only;
- Keep your stream link and OTP to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your access.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) at checkout and may vary by event and by sales window (for example early-bird pricing). Payment is due in full at purchase through the payment methods offered. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
5. Refunds
- Tickets are not refundable for change of mind, missed kickoffs, or failures of your own device or internet connection;
- If an event is cancelled and not replayed, or a stream fails substantially on our side and cannot be restored during the event, we will offer a replacement ticket or a refund of the ticket price;
- If an event is postponed, your ticket carries over to the rescheduled event where possible;
- Refund requests must reach us within 7 days of the event via the contact details below, with your order reference.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Record, download, re-stream, re-broadcast, or publicly screen any stream;
- Share, sell, or publish stream links, OTPs, or access credentials;
- Circumvent (or attempt to circumvent) OTP verification, device limits, or any other protection measure;
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Breach of this section may result in immediate revocation of access without refund, removal from our programmes, and — for piracy of broadcast content — referral to the rights holder and the authorities.
7. Affiliate programme
- Fans may register as affiliates and earn a commission on tickets purchased through their personal referral link, at the rates published or otherwise notified for the relevant events;
- Commissions are payable on completed, non-refunded purchases attributed by our tracking, which is authoritative;
- Self-referral, fake orders, bought traffic misrepresenting the event, spam, or any manipulation of tracking is prohibited — we may withhold commissions arising from fraudulent or manipulated activity and remove the affiliate;
- Payouts are made to a Malaysian bank account in the affiliate's name, on our published payout cycle;
- Affiliates are independent participants, not our employees, agents, or partners, and must not present themselves as speaking for us or for any club.
8. Media partner programme
The media partner programme is invitation-only. Applications are assessed and approved at our discretion, and partner rates (including any network override) apply as agreed at approval. The affiliate rules in section 7 apply equally to media partners. We may adjust programme terms for future events with notice; changes do not affect commissions already earned.
9. Content and intellectual property
Streams and match footage belong to the relevant clubs, leagues, and rights holders and are licensed for your personal viewing only. The ppvlive.stream site, its branding, and its content belong to Daily Media Sdn. Bhd. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.
10. Availability and third parties
Livestreams depend on stadium production, encoders, and third-party delivery and messaging infrastructure (including video platforms and the WhatsApp Business Platform). We work to keep every stream up for every minute of play, but brief interruptions can occur and do not of themselves entitle you to a refund — section 5 governs substantial failures.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you in connection with a ticket is limited to the price you paid for that ticket, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian consumer protection law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by a rights holder or by law. Sections that by nature survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to purchases and programme activity after the change takes effect.
